  • 100 grams watermelon (seeded and chopped)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic powder

  • 5-6 mint sprigs

  • Chili flakes according to taste

  • Black pepper powder according to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Put some olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic and chili mixture.

  • Now, take a blender and puree the watermelon and mint sprigs in it.

  • Once done, add this watermelon puree to the sauté mix and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with paprika and black pepper and set aside to cool.

  • Garnish with finely chopped mint sprigs and serve with ice cubes.

  • 100 grams watermelon (finely chopped)

  • 20 grams cucumber (finely chopped)

  • 20 grams tomatoes (finely chopped)

  • 20 grams red bell pepper (finely chopped)

  • Chilli powder according to your preference

  • Jalapeno (diced)

  • 5-6 mint sprigs

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil


  • Take a bowl and mix all the chopped vegetables together.

  • Next, season with black pepper, chili powder, and salt, mix well.

  • Finally, garnish it with fresh mint leaves and a teaspoon of olive oil and serve.

  • Take a blender and blend half a watermelon, lemon juice, and honey into a smooth paste. Now, combine the remaining mixture and mix again.
