There was a rain. When I left the room, I slipped down the stairs and my back hurt,” she swore. “I screamed because I didn’t know what was happening to me and I was in so much pain. He ran over to me and carried me to my room and gave me medical care.” Moss added: “He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs,” Moss added.
However, Heard the name Moss’ earlier this month made headlines when it detailed an alleged incident between Depp and Heard’s sister Whitney Henriquez on the stairs in March 2015. According to the Aquaman actress, Henriquez was “in the fire… try to convince Johnny to stop.” this reminded her of the supposed change of stairs between Moss and Depp. She then stepped in to protect her sister.
Interestingly, according to The New York Post, Heard previously mentioned the Moss Stair accusation in her evidence during Depp’s defamation trial in the United Kingdom in 2020. In November In 2020, Depp lost his UK case to British newspaper The Sun for branding him as a “wife beater”.
